Julie E. Fletcher is a freelance writer and blogger living in Western New York. She does not have diabetes but is genetically prone to the disease. After a recent scare from a false positive blood test for gestational diabetes, she has dedicated herself to finding better foods, more information, and sharing it with others.
Julie cares for her diabetic mother, who is disabled from the disease. Along with that, she has 4 children ranging from 14 years to 18 months and is recently expecting her 5th child.
